The By Texture series investigates new methods, techniques, and approaches of working with texture through urban construction material (plaster, concrete, cement,) and found material from the urban landscape. This series responds to the prompt “what are the new methods, techniques, and approaches of working with texture?” and aims to uncover, develop, and design new modes of creative expression and human engagement through texture.

The quest to understand “how can urban screens, reimagined through a landscape sensibility and viewed as a tool of the designer, provide expanded/augmented experiences in/of the public realm?”  is the driving question of Perivision series. Exploring the role of screens (LED/LCD) in the urban landscape, the series is focused on expanding the experiential opportunities of the screen as a medium.
